Join us for the APEC Social Event at Disney Hollywood Studios! Shuttles will depart the Orange County Convention Center starting at 5:00 p.m. Explore all the park has to offer and head to Indiana Jones Stunt Theater at 7:00 p.m. to enjoy dessert with fellow APEC attendees. All full conference and technical session registrants have a ticket included with their registration.

When can I pick up my Disney ticket + gift card?

Disney tickets can be picked up at the Info Desk located on Level 1, near registration.

How do I know if I’m signed up for the Social Event?
Attendees that have access to the Social Event will be given a ticket when they pick up their badge at registration. This ticket will be exchanged for the Disney ticket + gift card on Wednesday. Or view the website here for a full breakdown of what is included with each registration type.

Can I purchase a Social Event ticket if it’s not included with my registration?
The Social Event is sold out. Check back on Wednesday at the registration desk to see if any last minute tickets become available.

My co-worker purchased my social event ticket for me. Do they need to pick it up for me?

Yes, the person who purchased the social event ticket will need to pick it up as it is tied to their registration.

Do we need to bring anything with for the Social Event?

Yes – You must bring your Disney ticket, gift card and wristband. Access will not be granted to Disney without a ticket.

Can I bring my children to Disney?

You are welcome to meet your children at the park for an evening of fun. If you choose to ride the bus over, please note your child must remain with you at all times.

Can I purchase a ticket for my child?

We recommend visiting our discounted booking link or the WDW website for the best rates on children’s tickets. The discounted booking link can be found in the Pack Your Bags email.

What time can I get into Disney?
Your Disney ticket is for evening access to the park: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

What time will buses run?

Buses will start departing the OCCC West Lobby at 5:00 p.m. The last bus will leave Disney Hollywood Studios at 9:20 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

What time will the hospitality area be open?

The hospitality area at Indiana Jones Stunt Theater will be open to APEC attendees from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Dessert will be served.

What do I do if I lose my Disney ticket?

Once APEC provides you your ticket, you are responsible for it. APEC will not replace lost tickets.

Will there be dinner at the Social Event?

Dinner will not be included but will be serving refreshments. Attendees are encouraged to use the gift card included with their ticket to purchase dinner within the park.

Where can we use the gift card we were provided?

The gift card can be used at any Disney outlet and the cash bar located in the hospitality area.

I prefer nonalcoholic beverages/ beer- where can I get it?

All bars in the hospitality area will have non-alcoholic beer and beverages available.

How will I find the buses to return to the OCCC at 9:00 p.m.?

The buses will be located at the same location as drop off. APEC staff will be stationed throughout the area to help guide you to the buses. The buses will have the APEC logo in the window.
