The deadline is approaching fast to secure an early bird discount on your company's table at our first-ever APEC Student Job Fair!

The goal is to connect companies with top-quality, interested talent that is soon entering the job market. Will your company join the growing list of participating employers?

Enrolled companies should plan on sending hiring managers or technical recruiters who know the business inside and out. Our curious students will have questions about your current openings, company culture, and more!

Companies are required to apply for a table in order to participate.

Student Job Fair Table Fees

Please see below rates and key dates to sign up by:

Early Bird (Cutoff Date- January 6, 2023)

• APEC Conference Exhibitors - $500
• Non APEC Conference Exhibitors - $750

Regular Fees (Last Day to Enroll- February 3, 2023)

• APEC Conference Exhibitors - $1000
• Non APEC Conference Exhibitors - $1250
  

All personnel staffing a table must be registered for APEC. Each company package includes 2 complimentary personnel badges. Additional personnel badges may be purchased for $50 per badge.
