Important Milestones

The upcoming key dates for Technical Session authors are listed below. These dates are subject to change so check here regularly for updates.

• The deadline to submit your digest has passed. Digests are no longer being accepted for APEC 2024.
  • For reference purposes: Submissions opened May 31, 2023 and closed on July 24, 2023
• Tuesday, September 26, 2023: Prospective authors notified if digest is accepted or not accepted
• Friday, November 3, 2023: Final paper submission deadline and author registration deadline
• Friday, January 12, 2024: Presentations must be uploaded for presentation at the conference
