COVID-19 Precautions
APEC 2024 does not have any specific COVID-19 requirements. However, since COVID-19 and variants are circulating in the population APEC attendees are encouraged to take precautions to protect their health, such as distancing when possible and frequent washing or sanitizing of their hands. APEC attendees may wear a mask if they wish.
First Aid And Emergency Medical Care
In case of a medical emergency always call 911.
For minor first aid and medical issues there is a Emergency Medical Center on the Exposition level of the convention center, just before the entrance to the exhibit hall. This Emergency Medical Center can provide minor first aid, such a adhesive bandages ("Band-Aids") and and some over the counter medicines.

Sunday, February 25, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Monday, February 26, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Tuesday, February 27, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Wednesday, February 28, 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM (After 6:00 PM, the Emergency Medical Center will be inside the Pacific Ballroom (for the Wednesday Night Social Night)
Thursday, February 29, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Family Care
To provide for mothers who need to care for and feed or nurse a child there is a Family Room near the Registration Desk. Ask at the Registration Desk for the specific location. This room can be locked for privacy and has a rocking chair and a small refrigerator.
