Childcare Services at APEC 2024

APEC has partnered with KiddieCorp to provide childcare services onsite at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, adjacent from APEC 2024, Tuesday, February 27 – Thursday, February 29 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Their friendly team of professionals are excited to offer their services, closely monitoring and entertaining children ages 3-12 years of age, at a per-child rate of $10 an hour.

Your children will enjoy numerous activities designed to ensure they have age-appropriate fun throughout APEC 2024.

KiddieCorp employees are trained in first aid, CPR, and emergency response preparedness so that you can have peace of mind while navigating the exhibit floor or attending educational seminars.

Please note, childcare services are offered on a first come, first serve basis and participants must be registered no later than January 29, 2024.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Location: Hyatt Regency Hotel, Room To Be Announced

We try to make the experience as easy as possible for you and your child by dedicating space nearby the convention center just for the little ones!

To take advantage of these services, simply bring your child(ren) to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, anytime after 8:00 AM PST, and make sure they are checked in with a KiddieCorp staff member. You must pick them up at or before 5:00 PM PST.

Please be advised, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification at both drop-off and pickup (i.e. Driver's license, government-issued ID, or passport). You will also be required to provide contact information for emergency purposes only.
