Note: Admission to the Exhibit Hall includes the Monday evening Welcoming Reception and complimentary lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday.

All registration fees are given in, and payable in, US dollars. Registration fees may be paid with a credit card, by wire transfer, or by a check drawn on a US bank.

Note 1: Only IEEE members with a membership that is current and valid on March 16, 2025 or employees of companies that are members in good standing of the Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PSMA) on March 16, 2025 are entitled to register at the Member rate.

Note 2: Early Bird registration closes at 5:00 PM US Eastern time on January 13, 2025.

Note 3: Press Passes are available only to bona fide reporters and editors from business and trade publications. Requestors of an APEC 2025 Press Pass will be required to provide valid credentials. Click here for more information on obtaining an APEC 2025 Press Pass.

Note 4: Spouse And Guest Passes are free to the spouses and domestic partners of an attendee with a paid registration in the Full Conference, Technical And Industry Sessions, and Professional Education Seminar Only categories. Only one spouse or guest pass will be issued for each paid registration. Guest passes are not available to friends, other family members, the employees or business associates of a paid attendee, and are not transferable.

Note 1: One ticket to the Wednesday Evening Social Event is included with each paid registration in the Full Conference or Technical And Industry Session categories. Attendees registering at other categories, such as Professional Education Seminars Only or General Attendee, must purchase a ticket to the Wednesday Evening Social Event if they wish to attend this event.

APEC will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $75, for any cancellations received in writing on or before February 10, 2025. Cancellations should be directed to registration@apec-conf.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from APEC on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

After the cancellation deadline, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@apec-conf.org.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

If, for any reason beyond APEC’s control, APEC determines that APEC 2025 must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that APEC shall not refund the registration fees paid and that all losses and damages that Participants may suffer as a consequence thereof are their responsibility and not that of APEC or its directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, or Sponsors. Participants understand that they may lose all monies it has paid to APEC for participation in APEC 2025, as well as other costs and expenses it has incurred including, but not limited to, travel and lodging expenses.

Important notice re COVID-19: You acknowledge that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. You further acknowledge that you will undertake all measures to protect your own health and well-being and those of others in attendance at APEC 2025, such measures include following laws, ordinances, and mandates in the locale of the conference. By attending APEC 2025, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold IEEE, PSMA, APEC 2025 (the event); Meeting Management Services or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
