Exhibitor Benefits
All 10’x10′ booths include:

- Listing on conference website with hyperlink to your company website

- Listing in mobile application including your website, company description, and product/service categories that you select
- Listing in the printed Exhibitor Directory with company description
- All exhibiting companies receive (1) complimentary Full Conference Registration. Booth space of 400 sq ft or larger will receive (1) additional complimentary Full Conference Registration.
- (10) complimentary expo hall passes per 10’x10′ booth space. Each registration above this allotment will incur a fee.
Partnerships
Partnership sales will open September 2026. If you are interested in an APEC 2027 Partnership, please complete this Exhibitor Application form and we will send the full Prospectus at that time.
Onsite Expectations
The Exposition Hall will be in Halls B & C at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, Louisiana.
- Exhibitors will be required to exit the Exposition as soon as the show closes each night.
- All exhibits must be opened and staffed during show hours.
- Exhibitors will be allowed into the Exposition (2) two hours prior to the show’s opening on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Exhibitor Services Manual
The Exhibitor Services Kit will be available approximately 4 months prior to the show. You will be notified and provided with a link to the kit at that time.
Registration
Registration deadlines will be communicated when the conference registration opens.
COI (certificate OF INSURANCE) SUBMISSION
Exhibitors shall, at their sole cost and expense, procure and maintain though the term of the agreement, the following insurance:
- Commercial General Liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 in the aggregate including IEEE (Ernest N. Morial Convention Center) as additional insured.
- Workers’ compensation with state statutory limits covering the exhibitor’s employees.
- The exhibitor is solely responsible for their own exhibit material and products and should insure their exhibit and products from loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
- APEC, Meeting Management Services, and Ernest N. Morial Convention Center are listed as additional insureds.
- Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up their booth without submitting the proper certificates. Certificates must be shown on-site when requested.
Completed forms must be submitted inside the COI task inside your Exhibitor Portal.
