  • Unlimited Exhibitor badges (access to Exposition during set-up, tear down and Exposition hours). A $50 fee will be applied for exhibitor badges assigned after February 24, 2025.

Partnership Sales for APEC 2025 current exhibitors are now open! Partnership sales will open for non-exhibitors on October 22, 2024. If you are interested in a partnership, please contact exhibits@apec-conf.org. View the Partnership Prospectus to learn about available opportunities.

The Expo Hall will be located in Hall A1/A2 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

All exhibits must be opened and staffed during show hours. Exhibitors will be allowed into the Exposition two hours prior to the show’s opening on Tuesday and Wednesday. Exhibitors will be required to exit the Exposition as soon as the show closes each night.

Exhibitor registration is now open. To claim your complimentary registration(s), please follow the below steps:

  1. Visit your online Exhibitor Portal
  1. Click on the task Registration Badges
  1. Carefully read and follow the directions on registering with your complimentary registration(s)


NOTE: all Exhibitor Badges are complimentary through February 24, 2025. Beginning February 25, all Exhibitor Badges will be $50. Please assign your staff badges before February 25 to avoid the price increase.
