We are excited to announce a discounted rate for APEC 2025 Student Job Fair Participants and existing APEC 2026 Exhibitors.

  • 2025 Student Job Fair Participants (NEW) – $500
  • 2026 Exhibiting Companies (early bird rate) – $550 until March 10
  • 2026 Exhibiting Companies – $800 after March 10
  • 2026 Non-Exhibiting Companies (early bird rate) – $850 until March 10
  • 2026 Non-Exhibiting Companies – $1,100 after March 10

If you are looking for a job in the power electronics industry, then this is the opportunity for you! Joining us for the APEC 2025 Student Job Fair gives you access to numerous companies in the power electronics industry that are actively looking for new talent. This is a convenient and efficient way for you to connect and interview with potential employers.

Any APEC 2026 attendee registered at the Student Rate is welcome at the Student Job Fair.

Students who are not registered for the conference can register for a  “Student Job Fair Only” pass. This Tuesday-only pass grants admission to the Student Job Fair. This pass also grants admission to the Expo Hall on Tuesday morning only and the Debate Sessions on Tuesday evening. There is no cost for the “Student Job Fair Only” pass but proof of student status, such as current student identification card, will be required.

APEC is the largest avenue where both companies and universities active in power electronics from all around the world attend. This is a terrific opportunity for employers to find the best talents from universities. The friendly setting allows smooth exchange and connection between hiring managers and enthusiastic students.

APEC 2024 had about 650 students registered for the conference. Student attendees of APEC are focused on power electronics for their career. As an international conference, APEC student attendees are from the top universities across the world.

Not Exhibiting at APEC 2026

  • Early Bird Discounted Rate: $850
  • Standard Rate, starting March 10, 2026: $1,100
  • Two staff members allowed to participate in the Student Job Fair. Please note that staff members must register separately for APEC 2026. You will have the opportunity to assign the participating staff members at a later date.
  • (1) 6’ Table with (2) Chairs and a tabletop sign with company name
  • Inclusion in APEC 2026 mobile app with company description

Yes! Each additional table is charged at the listed rates above. 

Yes! Students will be reminded to bring their resumes to the event. Note, student resumes will not be available from APEC at any time including prior to, during, or after the job fair.

Yes! In addition, after you make contact with students, you are welcome to follow up with them directly. 

Information on shipping to and from the job fair location will be available in the fall.

We recommend bringing a company pull-up banners (max 36” wide), printed lists of current job opportunities, business cards, and branded giveaways.

Please note no display larger than 36” wide by 96” tall will be allowed.

Admission to the Student Job Fair is strictly limited to current students. Please be prepared to show a current and valid student identification upon request.

Any APEC 2026 attendee registered at the Student Rate is welcome at the Student Job Fair.

Students who are not registered for the conference can register for a no-cost “Student Job Fair Only” pass. This Tuesday-only pass grants admission to the Student Job Fair and admission to the Expo Hall on Tuesday morning and to the Debate Sessions on Tuesday evening. If you wish to attend the Opening General Session, gain access to the Expo Hall for multiple days, as well as attend the Student Job Fair, you can register as a General Attendee for a nominal fee.

You will be able to sign-up for a Student Job Fair Only pass when registration opens in fall 2025.

No, you do not need to be actively searching! We encourage students to come check out options aligned with your interests and start gaining leads and connections with employers to prepare for when you finish college.

  • Bring multiple printed copies of your up-to-date resume.
  • Update your online presence via LinkedIn.
  • Research participating companies of interest.
  • Practice interview questions with fellow students.
  • Do not forget to dress to impress.
