Please Note: In order to make your hotel reservations, you must first register your staff. APEC’s contracted reservation links will be sent via your automatic registration confirmation email. If you continually receive error messages while attempting to book, we recommend clearing your browser cookies and trying again prior to seeking additional assistance.

At the time of booking, a one-night nonrefundable deposit is required. 14 days out from the first night’s stay, reservations are charged for the full stay and are nonrefundable. If an attendee needs to cancel due to COVID, attendees will need to show proof of COVID testing and/or change in company/country/state travel regulations to receive a refund.

Transportation to the Orange County Convention Center from Orlando International Airport (MCO) is available. The approximate cost for transportation is:

  • Average UberX fare: $30 + tip
  • Average cab fare: $30 + tip

Parking:

Parking is available at the convention center as well as at each of the host hotels.

  • Orange County Convention Center: Daily self-parking is available for $20. For more information, click here.
  • Hyatt Regency Orlando: Daily self-parking is available for $30.
  • Rosen Centre Hotel: Complimentary self - parking is available for overnight guests during APEC.
  • Rosen Plaza Hotel: Complimentary self - parking is available for overnight guests during APEC.
