If a Session Chair is also a speaker, they need to use the Speaker Portal for uploading their presentation. The Review Portal is only for Session Chair Tasks, not Speaker Tasks.
Registration
Technical Session Chairs are required to register for APEC 2026 at either the Full Conference Registration or Technical/Industry Session rate.
Conference registration opens October 19. Early Bird Registration ends on January 25, 2027.

Speaker Breakfast
Session Chairs of APEC Technical Sessions (Lecture and Dialogue) are required to attend the speaker breakfast on the day of their session. At the breakfast, you will be given materials pertinent to running your session as well as an opportunity to meet the presenters in your session.
Dates: Tuesday, March 9 – Thursday, March 11

Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Coordination with Student Session Assistant
You will coordinate with your assigned Student Leader, who will assist you in the session, regarding their duties and guide them to help you with smooth conduct of the session. This can be accomplished by reaching out prior to the conference (preferred) or at the Speaker Breakfast.
