Please use the Lila Cockrell Theatre entrance for APEC 2026.
The Henry B. González Convention Center is located directly next to the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk and only a few minutes-walk from other conference hotels.
Taxi And Ride Service Drop Off Location
For drop-offs or pick-ups, please use the address 900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205. Please walk to the Lila Cockrell Theatre entrance to the convention center – this is the main entrance for APEC 2026. See the Hotel and Travel Information page for more detailed information on the drop off location and an image of the entrance to the convention center.
Cashless Facility
Please note: The convention venue is a cashless facility. This includes all operated food & beverage concessions and all parking transactions.
Finding Events And Meeting Rooms At The Conference
The APEC floorplan is a map that shows all the various APEC meeting rooms in both the Henry B. González Convention Center and the Grand Hyatt hotel.
Dining And Beverage At The Conference
Each conference hotels offer their own dining options. See the hotel websites for more information.
Food and drink options within the convention center are limited. However, there are many restaurants and cafes just a short walk from the conference hotels and the convention center.
Badge Pickup
Badge Pickup and Help Desk are located at the Street Level, Hall 4 West Registration of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Please review the venue floorplan for exact location within the HBGCC.

The Badge Pickup and Help Desks will be open on the following dates and times:

| Thursday, March 26 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM |
Badges are required for admission to all APEC events and activities in the convention center and Grand Hyatt. A ticket is required at the Wednesday Night Social event at The Espee. APEC reserves the right to deny admission to any APEC event or activity to any person not showing an appropriate badge for that activity or event. Please do not lose your badge.
Exposition
The APEC Exposition Hall will feature over 300 exhibiting companies. Prepare to make the most of your Exposition Hall experience by reviewing the Exposition Hall Floorplan before arriving.

The Exposition Hall will be open the following dates and times:

Downloading Conference Papers And Presentations
Use the APEC Mobile App on your mobile phone or computer to download Technical Session Papers, Industry Session Presentations, and Professional Education Seminar slides. You must have the appropriate registration to download specific content. For example, only those registered for Full Conference or Professional Education Seminars Only can download the seminar slides.
To access the downloads you must login to the APEC App/eventscribe using the email address provided when registering and APEC Registration Confirmation Number.
