Chosen recipients of the Student Attendance Support program receive a reimbursement up to $1,000.00 to cover a portion of the qualified expenses for eligible students attending APEC 2026. Those who were eligible to apply for the program are power electronics students, undergraduate or graduate, who have been accepted to present papers in a Technical Session at the upcoming conference. Once a Technical Session paper has been accepted, student presenters were provided application information, with a deadline of October 31, 2025.
In its 20th year, this popular program was initiated by the Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PSMA). It is now jointly underwritten by PSMA and the other co-sponsors of the APEC conference: the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) and the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS).
